Planning a wedding?

How do I search for vendors?

Head over to our homepage and you will see a search bar when you scroll up. Alternatively, you will be able to toggle through locations and categories around Australia through our task bar at the top of every page.

I have found some vendors that I like but how do I save them so I can decide later?

Easy! You will notice a little love heart symbol on every listing. Simply sign up for a free account so you can hit the love heart to save them to your dashboard. Next time you visit us, click on your profile icon on the top right corner to access your dashboard where all your favourites will be saved.

The vendor I contacted has not responded to me.

That's a shame! We try to make sure that all info on contact forms are accurate and up-to-date. If you don't hear back for more than a few days, please send us an email with your message and vendor details which we will attempt to forward on to them. times, please do send us an email at admin@saffronweddings.com.au so we can ask the vendor to ensure their contact details are correct.

Do I need to pay to sign-up?

Absolutely not! Think of Saffron Weddings like your one-stop shop to browse all the vendors you may need to plan your South-Asian wedding. You can also browse without an account but having a profile just means that you can easily keep track of your favourite vendors and come back at any time to continue your search.

I can't find a vendor catering specifically to my cultural background

We are so sorry that at this stage we have not fully catered to your wedding. We would love to improve our service so we can help couples from all different backgrounds. We'd appreciate if you could contact us with your requirements so that we can aim to seek out more vendors specificially for your background and to improve our directory for future couples.

Adding a business listing to our directory

Is it free to add my business to your website?

Short answer is no but hey, isn't free marketing priceless? Think of your listing on Saffron Weddings as your very own personalized store-front that you can edit and update as you wish. We are currently the #1 source of South-Asian wedding inspiration for couples around Australia so we trust that you will see the value in our service. To make our service suitable to all businesses we've got three affordable package options to cater to different budgets.

I have added my listing but why is it still not live?

This could happen for various reasons. Firstly, the payment needs to be fully processed before the system automatically publishes a listing. Secondly, there could be a glitch so please inform admin@saffronweddings.com.au ASAP so the problem can be rectified. We will adjust the expiry date according starting from the day in which your listing is live.

I see my business listing on your website. How do I claim it?

Great question! If you scroll down on the listing you will see a "Claim it" button. Click the button and we will just need to verify this request before allocating it to your name. From there, you can click on of the package options to finalize the transfer.

How do I remove my listing from the website?

We'd be so sad to see you go. 🙁 You can edit/ delete the listing from your profile dashboard. ( Please note, packages are paid annually so no refunds are available for early exit). If there is an issue you are having with our service, we'd love to help.. Please contact us via email.
